We're looking for a Senior Workday Recruiting & Reporting Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing a large-scale Workday environment.What You'll DoServe as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and ReportingConfigure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality to support business objectivesPartner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutionsDesign and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive informed decision-makingLead system enhancements, upgrades, testing efforts, and process improvement initiativesTroubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on resolutionsMentor team members and provide guidance on best practices and system capabilitiesWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience supporting Workday Recruiting and Reporting7+ years of experience with enterprise applications, HRIS, ERP, or related platformsExperience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyWorkday certification preferred
