Application System Analyst

To support healthcare informatics, the full-time salaried Application System Analyst will evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems while managing customer interactions and expectations in a hybrid remote work environment after an initial training period in the office. Key responsibilities Evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems independently Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and maintain installed systems while supporting users Create documentation for system design, testing, and training purposes Required qualifications Associate's degree with 1 year of experience in information technology or healthcare, or 3 years of relevant experience Ability to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire Proficiency in Microsoft software and solid computer skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
