Application Support TechnicianEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Use the appropriate designated work instructions and other instructions to execute critical and routine tasks.Retrieve documents and data from authorized data bases to perform routine tasks that may include data entering new information, validation of data, corrections or updates to existing information and documentation of findings.Accurately data enter all appropriate information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems.Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions.Determine if an image requires an appointment to be re-scheduled.Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management.Attend and successfully complete job related and industry specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position.Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, request clarification and effectively raises queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions.Minimum Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.Communicates more complex information, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.EEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
