Job Title: Application Support Lead/Pricefx Consultant

Work Location: Charlotte, NC 28217

Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Pricefx platform including configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and integrations
Expertise in pricing strategy, price management, rebates, promotions, and margin optimization processes.
Experience in stakeholder management, incident triage, defect resolution, and leading onsite-offshore support teams.

Nice to have skills:

Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and middleware platforms
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and pricing analytics for business insights and troubleshooting.

Job Description:

Strong Hands-on experience with Price-FX configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and user administration.Solid understanding of pricing, rebates, promotions, discounts, and margin optimization processes.Experience supporting Pricefx integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Proficiency in SQL, data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting to investigate and resolve production issues.
