Job description

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional/application support engineer with strong Dataverse and model-driven application knowledge. The role requires hands-on expertise in application support, low-code solution development, automation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing collaboration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced support or engineering environments and have experience supporting production/customer issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience
• Strong knowledge of one or more:
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Strong understanding of:
• Dataverse
• Model-driven applications
• Forms
• Views
• Charts / Dashboards
• Application configuration/customization
• Ability to investigate functional/configuration issues in customer environments
• CE readiness documentation confirms that Dynamics 365 CE applications are model-driven Power Apps based on Dataverse and specifically highlights forms, views, charts, and dashboards, along with Power Automate and Power BI integration.

Time of operation: This team will be in a 24x7 shift model. xzgxqkn Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate the MS roster.
