Job TitleWalk me through the day to day responsibilities of this role and a description of the project:Performing QA on solutions delivered by the developers in two-week sprintsCollect validation scenarios (standard and change-specific) to be used in validating changesCollect and or generate data required in performing successful positive and negative changesContribute in improving the collective testing process by recommending, designing and implementing testing solutions/automationsApply IT testing best practicesParticipate in all Agile CeremoniesWork on user stories by gathering requirements and develop solutions based on those requirements throughParticipate in testing, peer reviews and deployments of changesParticipate in the on-call production support rotationResolve incident tickets and fulfill requests assigned to the team in ServiceNowDescribe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:Must be able to complete tasks within the allocated timeframe (two-week sprints)Must be able to comprehensively document all the testing performed as documents will be used for securing business and CMS approvalMust be very good in adapting and multitaskingBeing a small team, this person will need to “wear a lot of hats”
