What do we expect from candidates?
Our perfect candidate:
* Has some experience with manual source code review and Burp Suite / OWASP ZAP
* Development experience in either Python, Java or Go
* Should be able to prepare reports in English
* Is self-organized
* Is able to learn from his/her mistakes
* Has motivation to work/study and show initiative
* Must be communicative (without this it is difficult to teach effectively)
* Brings something to the mix (e.g. creativity, academic knowledge, etc.)
