Leading operational execution and strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Application Security will manage the AppSec organization, ensuring integration with Security Architecture and driving prioritization and automation of AppSec processes in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of AppSec programs and collaborate on strategy formulation Monitor application security risks and develop metrics for tracking security performance Ensure effective communication of AppSec initiatives and mentor team members Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of experience in Information Technology/Security, including 4+ years in a leadership role 2+ years of experience in software/system release management with a focus on security validation Expertise in AppSec testing modalities and SCA SDLC tooling Proficiency in tools such as GitHub, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Jenkins
