Key responsibilities Lead sales efforts within the Regional accounts segment, assisting with account planning and complex account management Conduct discovery conversations to understand and exceed customer needs while presenting solutions to business leaders Promote the Calix vision through executive engagement and provide market input on product development and pricing strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of quota-carrying software/cloud sales and account management experience Experience selling into the Communications Service Providers space is preferred Strong background in selling SaaS solutions and developing strategic account plans Proven ability to manage extended development cycles and close complex sales Comfortable working in virtual teams and matrix organizations
