Application ProgrammerThe scope of the proposed services includes the following:Experience and expertise in web development using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and HTML.Design, code, compile, test, debug, and document new and existing web applications.Perform maintenance and provide support for existing applications.Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing on new code.Participate in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for all requested work.Monitor, review, and audit performance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.Candidates must have:2+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:C#ASP.NET CoreEntity FrameworkThe following skills and experience are desirable but not mandatory:2+ years of experience in the following areas:Developing applications using MVC architecture in.NET Core (2.x, 3.x,.NET 5 or later)Vue.jsBootstrapJavaScriptSQL Server (T-SQL)SSIS / SSRSIISAgile / Scrum methodologyDistributed design systems (SOA / Microservices)DevOps practices (CI/CD)***Lumen and/or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
