Support Engineer / Application Field Engineer

Telemis is an international company with a young, dynamic team, specialising in medical imaging software (PACS & MACS solutions). To continue our growth, Telemis is looking for a Support Engineer / Application Field Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer support requests
• Following up customer requests on site and remotely
• Training our customers to use our solutions
• Installing and updating our software
• Demonstrating our software at scientific meetings

Qualifications

• You have experience in a similar job
• You are fluent in Dutch and French
• You know a lot about computer systems (O.S., networks)
• You like to produce quality work and are customer-oriented
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• Medical imaging experience (DICOM, HL7) would be a definite advantage
