Day-To-Day
- Review customer specifications, drawings, and electrical requirements.
- Determine what switchgear, transformers, and related equipment the customer needs.
- Create proposal packages, layouts, single-line drawings, and cost estimates.
- Work with vendors to get pricing for equipment and components.
- Partner with the sales team to explain the solution to customers and support negotiations.
- Hand the project off to the execution/project management team once the job is awarded.

Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience with medium-voltage power distribution equipment.
- Strong understanding of switchgear and/or transformers.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Experience turning customer requirements into technical solutions and cost proposals.
Nice-to-Haves
- Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience creating technical proposals or bids.
- Familiarity with electrical industry standards (ANSI, IEEE, UL, NEMA). xhqgsiq
- Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar drawing software.
