Application Developer Lead (.NET)Customer: Federal Healthcare SystemsLocation: Remote Status: Temp to Perm Core Responsibilities• Provide hands-on leadership in the design and development of enterprise applications using.NET and Angular• Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices• Lead technical design sessions and ensure alignment with DDD, SOA, and OO principles• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for quality, performance, and security• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to break down work, estimate effort, and support sprint planning• Oversee CI/CD processes using tools such as Azure DevOps and Git• Mentor and coach developers, support onboarding, and provide ongoing technical guidance• Serve as a technical escalation point and support delivery execution across the teamWhat We Value• 6+ years of experience with C#/.NET (including.NET Core)• 4+ years of experience with Angular (15+) and TypeScript• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design, DDD, and SOA architecture• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps• Exposure to AWS or cloud-based architectures• Experience leading development efforts or mentoring teams• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
