They translate business policies into executable code using Decision Center and Rule Designer, integrate the rules into enterprise applications, and optimize decision tables for automated system execution.ResponsibilitiesDesign & Authoring: Create rule projects, decision tables, decision trees, and business rule flows.Integration: Connect ODM decision services with enterprise applications (Java EE, Spring Boot) via REST/SOAP APIs in GCP environment.Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts to ensure rule requirements are accurate and aligned with organizational policies.Testing & Deployment: Test, debug, and deploy decision services within the Decision Center and Rule Execution Server (RES) environmentsKey Qualifications & SkillsCore Languages: Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.ODM Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM.Databases: Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, Spanner), and Google Cloud environments.Tools: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab), version control (Git, bitbucket), and Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)Methodology: Knowledge of ABRD (Agile Business Rule Development) methodology.
