To support a growing client/server environment, the full-time Application Database Administrator will administer database schemas and objects, design and maintain complex schema solutions, and advise users on database access while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Administer database schemas and their objects, including design, creation, maintenance, and operational support Coordinate with Infrastructure DBAs to project long-range requirements for database schema administration and design Conduct schema quality control and audits to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and permissions Required Qualifications At least five years of progressive experience with database platforms and query languages such as Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access At least three years of hands-on experience and expertise in database schema management Experience working across various operating systems and using additional programming languages Experience on at least two projects in a large organization involving the administration, operation, maintenance, and security of a large-scale computer database Certification in IAT II and a computing environment certification such as OCA18 or equivalent
