Job TitleThis role is responsible for the following:Assesses report requirements, facilitates design, and completes build of Workday reporting solutions. Provides guidance and training to other staff and serves as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders. Collaborates with functional stakeholders to assess reporting needs, gather specifications/requirements, and design reports for developmentBuilds Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports to meet functional needs Supports less experienced Workday developers through sharing knowledge, experience, and/or training.Ensure business requirements are met and solutions are efficient and accurate Help educate and enforce Workday Report methodologies with other team membersRequired skills:A minimum of 1 year Workday report developer experience.Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross functional partners in report specification and requirement gathering.Preferred skills:Knowledge and/or experience building Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports.Knowledge and/or experience of Prism Analytics.Ability to train/knowledge transfer with developers not experienced in Workday reporting solutions.Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.Ability to diagnose and solve complex reporting issues.Experience developing reports in the areas of the accounting, finance, or budgets.Experience with higher education, government, or nonprofit organizations.
