Must work Monday – Friday 8-5 PST.ResponsibilitiesSupport AP Claims, CRM, and a bit of UM.Analyze and design system workflow and business process flow.RequirementsMust be Tapestry Certified with at least 6 years of configuration experience.Proficiency with information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, and internet.Bachelor's Degree in healthcare information technology, computer science, or related area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.Three years of experience in a healthcare-related organization.Preferred SkillsBroad and/or in-depth knowledge of multiple areas of focus in application specialty areas.Ability to research, organize, analyze, and synthesize data to support effective decision-making.Detail-oriented and adept at probing for information to understand the underlying needs influencing system configuration.Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation.Superior organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations and recognize problems for appropriate action.Ability to effectively train, support, and work collaboratively with business owners, team members, and management.
