Application Analyst II

Supporting enterprise applications remotely, the full-time salaried Application Analyst II will manage application analysis, configuration, and vendor relations while ensuring alignment with university objectives. Key responsibilities: Conduct application use case analysis and perform configuration and administration of assigned applications Advise end users on application best practices, resolve incidents, and maintain documentation related to services and solutions Coordinate vendor-managed application upgrades and engage with vendors to understand product roadmaps and impacts on users Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in application analysis or support Experience with SQL or equivalent for data analysis and troubleshooting is preferred Familiarity with Point of Sales Systems and Secure ID Card Systems administration and configuration is a plus Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being available for occasional onsite meetings within 50 miles of St. Louis
