Del-Mar Appliance is seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Service Technician to join our growing team. As a third-generation, women-owned family business, we take pride in providing top-quality service to our local community.
Job Responsibilities:
* Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
* Accurately identify problems and complete repairs in a timely manner
* Communicate professionally with customers and manufacturer tech support (techline)
* Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers
* Collect payments and complete service paperwork
* Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
* Represent Del-Mar Appliance with professionalism and care
Qualifications:
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work daily
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Experience in appliance repair is preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
