Best Services of America is looking for experienced technicians to perform in-home repairs on major household appliances within an agreed service area.
Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on repair experience, and a professional approach to customer service. Experience repairing TVs or residential HVAC systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, and other major household appliances.
Use wiring diagrams, service manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify electrical and mechanical problems.
Explain repair findings and next steps clearly to customers.
Record diagnostic results, parts needed, and completed repairs through our digital ticket system.
Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Communicate with the office regarding appointment updates and service needs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of major household appliance repair experience.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently.
Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle.
Appropriate tools and a smartphone with a data plan.
Strong communication skills and dependable customer service.
An established LLC and General Liability Insurance.
Workers’ Compensation coverage or an applicable exemption.
Ability to receive parts deliveries.
