This role combines technical expertise with in-home sales, allowing you to diagnose issues, present solutions, and close repairs or replacements on-site. You are the frontline revenue driver, delivering a high-service, consultative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential appliance issues:
• Refrigerators
• Washers & dryers
• Dishwashers
• Ovens, ranges, and cooktops
• Present repair and replacement options clearly to customers
• Use a structured, consultative sales process
• Build trust through education and professionalism
• Close sales during the initial visit (COD calls)
• Collect payment and complete job documentation
• Communicate sold work clearly to Production Technicians
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment

Compensation (Uncapped Earnings)

• Commission-Based Pay Structure

Performance Targets:

• Monthly Revenue:$25,000 – $45,000+
• Close Rate Goal:65% – 70%+
• Increasing Average Ticket Value

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
