Seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the design and implementation of the quality assurance program while leading automation testing efforts for web-based applications. Key responsibilities Lead the development of test strategy, test environment design, and test data management Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing, ensuring adherence to quality processes Provide leadership in hiring, training, and mentoring testing team members Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related discipline 5+ years of software testing experience, including 2+ years in automation testing Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members Proficiency with test automation and management tools, such as Playwright and Selenium U.S. citizenship required in accordance with contract requirements
