Job Summary

Experience: Generally requires 10 to 15 years of total technology experience, with substantial focus on Appian BPM architecture and low-code scalability. Solution Design: Lead high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs) for Appian process models, records, interfaces, and business rules. Enterprise Integration: Oversee integrations with microservices, external databases, and REST/SOAP APIs using secure cloud/AWS architectures. Team Leadership: Mentor global engineering teams, drive code quality and governance, and champion CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Minimum 8years of Appian BPM experience.
2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
4. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.
5. Should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution.
