About the Role
- Architect candidates with strong experience in AI layer integration to Appian application's existing components, as per customer needs.
- 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years as an Appian Architect.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Appian applications.
- Deep expertise in Appian platform components, including Process Models, SAIL, Records, Sites, and Expressions.
- Strong knowledge of Appian's Data Fabric and the ability to design efficient data models.
- Aware of the latest features including the AI layer introduced on the Appian platform – their implementation and integration with existing features.
- Extensive experience with Appian integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) and developing custom plugins.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL) and an understanding of performance tuning.
- Appian certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
