This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile appellate matters, including complex regulatory and Administrative Procedure Act (APA) issues.ResponsibilitiesDraft appellate briefs, motions, and legal memorandaSupport appeals in federal courts, including high-stakes mattersConduct in-depth legal research and analysisAssist with case strategy and oral argument preparationCollaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation mattersQualifications2–4 years of appellate litigation experienceExperience with the Administrative Procedure Act (preferred)Strong legal writing and analytical skillsExcellent academic credentials from a top-tier law schoolAppellate clerkship experience preferredAdmission to the D.C.
