You will work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandise, and operations to bring collections from concept to production-ready files.Apparel Design & DevelopmentConcept original apparel graphics aligned with brand identityDesign for tees, tanks, outerwear, hats, accessories, and performance piecesCreate cohesive capsule collections (not just one-off graphics)Develop mood boards, design direction, and trend researchEnsure designs align with fabric type, garment cut, and printing methodCreative ExecutionCreate production-ready files for screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, and specialty finishesWork with vendors to confirm print specs and garment mockupsMaintain brand consistency across all dropsDesign apparel lookbooks and launch visuals in collaboration with marketingCulture & Trend AlignmentResearch fashion and fitness trends (streetwear, athleisure, culture brands)Translate inspiration into original work — not replicasUnderstand typography, negative space, minimalism vs statement graphicsAlign design language with brand energy and communityWhat We're Looking ForRequired: 2+ years apparel graphic design experiencePortfolio showing apparel-specific work (not just digital graphics)Strong understanding of:Garment construction basicsPrint productionFabric behaviorStreetwear and performance aestheticsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator & PhotoshopExperience preparing print-ready vector filesPreferred:Experience designing for fitness or athleisure brandsUnderstanding of screen printing techniques and garment dyeExperience working with overseas manufacturersExperience with embroidery and embellishment specsCompensation: $65,000.00 per year
