Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Manager Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) Clinical + Leadership Opportunity | Urgent Care Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner ready to step into a hybrid leadership role—combining hands‑on patient care with oversight of a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and influence care delivery while staying clinically active in a fast‑paced urgent care environment.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of acute conditions (e.g., respiratory illness, minor injuries, infections)
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
• Order and interpret diagnostics (X‑rays, EKGs, labs)
• Identify higher‑acuity cases and appropriately elevate to ER when needed
• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care across all age groups

• Lead and directly supervise a team of APPs within the service line
• Coach and mentor providers to improve clinical quality and performance
• Monitor key metrics (clinical, operational, patient satisfaction) and drive improvements
• Partner with Medical Directors and site leaders on staffing, workflows, and provider utilization
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of APPs
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure as a PA or NP
• Board certification in either Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Ability to treat adult and pediatric patients
• Prior administrative and leadership experience
