Butterworth Hospital L&D handles nearly 8,000 annual deliveries with 24/7/365 care for high-acuity patients and is a quaternary referral center with multidisciplinary care in congenital cardiac, placenta accreta spectrum, and fetal care in collaboration with Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary; base salary example: $283,250 per year. Call pay is additional with potential extra income for additional shifts.
- $100,000 starting bonus for a three-year commitment and relocation allowance up to $12,000.
- Recruitment bonus program: $5,000 for each full-time referral; ask recruiter for details.

Responsibilities
- Provide obstetric anesthesia care as part of a multidisciplinary team for high-acuity obstetric patients.
- Participate in the Corewell Department of Anesthesiology development and ongoing enhancements of anesthesia services.
- Collaborate with Maternal Fetal Medicine and other subspecialty teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Required: Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Required: 1 year of relevant experience as an RN in an acute care setting (e.g., ICU or ER).
- Licensed RN in Michigan (state license).
- Obstetric anesthesia experience preferred.
