APP – Concierge Longevity Medicine

A growing concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice in South Denver is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a clinical support role.

This position is ideal for an APP who enjoys clinical problem-solving, patient communication and hands‑on medicine but does not need to maintain an independent patient panel. You'll work closely with physicians and advanced‑practice clinicians in a highly personalized care environment while gaining exposure to longevity medicine, hormone optimization and innovative therapies.

Position Highlights

• No independent patient panel
• Monday–Friday, in‑clinic position
• Concierge patient‑care environment
• Clinical triage, patient questions and medication management
• Exposure to longevity medicine, hormones and peptides
• Therapeutic Plasma Exchange and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
• IV therapy, injections, phlebotomy and procedural support
• Training available for longevity‑specific therapies

What We're Looking For

• Colorado‑licensed NP or PA with national certification and DEA authority
• Strong hands‑on clinical background and acute assessment skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to triage independently
• Comfortable with medications, injections, infusions and patient education
• Reliable, responsive and highly service oriented
• Interested in longevity and personalized medicine
• Collaborative by nature and comfortable succeeding without owning a patient panel
• Candidates with substantial prior nursing or acute‑care experience may be attractive even if they are earlier in their NP career.

• Guaranteed base salary ($110,000 - $140,000, DOE)
