APM, Sr. Manager

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in application support, production operations, technology delivery, or managed services, including leadership of globally distributed support teams.
• Strong expertise in incidents, problem, change, knowledge, and service-level management, with experience handling major incidents, governance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent client and executive communication skills, with working knowledge of modern applications, APIs, integrations, cloud services, data platforms, and observability.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, SRE, and 24x7 operations, including managed-service transitions or support consolidation.
• Experience with AI-assisted support, automated runbooks, self-healing capabilities, or asset-management/financial-services environments.
