Job Title: Location: Washington DCDuration: Long term contractJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Analyses incidents, and coordinates with application owners to help troubleshoot and fix issues related to the APIGEE platform.Join working sessions to solve technical problems faced by the application teams trying to onboard to APIGEE Gateway.Provide root cause analysis to understand cause of issues and provide solutions that will prevent them from happening in the future.Ensures adherence to SLAs by resolving tickets. Performs system health checks and reports anomalies.Setup and manage APIGEE cluster distributed between data centers.Provide on-call support for APIGEE platform.Requirements:5+ years’ experience with Apigee core administration.Strong troubleshooting skills in the API Management and Gateway space (Mainly APIGEE).Experience setting up Apigee clusters load balanced across data centers.Must have good verbal and written English communication skills - being able to articulate concepts and solutions to developers, managers.Experience with integration security such as, OAuth, OAuth2 HTTPS (SSL), WS-Security, Signatures and Encryption – is a plus.Experience in API layers like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, Splunk logging, latency (99th, 95th, median), monetization, and request and response modifications, using APIGEE Platform. SAML, HTTP Basic authentication – is a plus.Experience with CICD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub), a good understanding of REST API and JSON, XML – is a plusBasic knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Cloud Security; Cloud platforms (preferred AWS/Azure) – is a plus.Supporting Technologies:Java – JBoss, TomcatCI (e.g., Jenkins).Server Config Mgmt (e.
