To support API management efforts, the contract Kong/API Gateway Surge Engineer will implement, configure, and troubleshoot Kong Enterprise API Gateway products while working remotely. Key responsibilities Implement and configure Kong Enterprise API Gateway products, including plugins and policies Integrate and validate developer portal configurations and CI/CD processes Document troubleshooting processes and provide migration support and knowledge transfer Required qualifications Experience with Kong Enterprise API Gateway products Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps integration Ability to perform observability integration MBI Clearance preferred Strong documentation skills related to API management
