* Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
* Maintain accurate leasing records and resident communications
* Support resident events and help create a welcoming community atmosphere
* Utilize property management software for daily leasing activities
What We're Looking For
* Previous apartment leasing experience
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Professional, upbeat, and dependable attitude
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
* Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, Entrata, CRM, and similar software
* Strong communication and organizational skills
