Perform move-in/move-out cleaning of vacant apartment units.
Clean kitchens, including cabinets (interior and exterior), countertops, appliances, sinks, and floors.
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, vanities, and fixtures.
Dust all surfaces, baseboards, windowsills, light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, and blinds.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all flooring surfaces.
Remove cobwebs and clean interior windows and patio doors as needed.
Clean and maintain common areas including:
Hallways
Stairwells
Elevators
Clubhouses
Fitness centers
Laundry rooms
Leasing offices
Mail rooms
Lobbies
Restrooms
Empty trash and replace liners in common areas.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
Follow company safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain professional appearance and provide excellent customer service while on property.
