Job Title: AP Supplier Refund Analyst
Duration: 3-6 months contract
Location : Lakeland, FL - Hybrid
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship required
Shift: 4/10 schedule. Every Friday off.
Pay : $26.00/hr on W2!
Notes
Candidate will need to be in the office on Monday mornings for a couple hours, usually around 9-11am (can be a little flexible). They can stay in the office for the rest of the day or head home to work virtually after that. The rest of the work week can be done via remote work.
Job Description :
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
o Record all incoming supplier refunds
o Perform daily bank ties for refund bank account(s)
o Perform research to determine appropriate application/disposition for all assigned refund cases
o Prepare required financial entries to accurately transfer refunds to the appropriate supplier or GL account
o Support monthly reporting requirements for leadership
o Support weekly check special handling requirements
o Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization.
