AP Subcontract Processing CoordinatorLocation: Omaha, NE, USPosition Overview: The Subcontract Processing Coordinator position is part of the KBS Subcontract Processing Department within the KBS Accounts Payable Services area. The Subcontract Processing Coordinator is responsible for reviewing internal data and formatting that information into summarized reporting/presentations. Partner with other stakeholders across our business to identify areas of improvement including the impact/ROI.
Research quality and compliance issues and recommend changes for improvement. Work with legal and risk management departments to ensure protocols are being followed. Assist with the monitoring of internal controls. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external departments; understands Kiewit's core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues. Assist with special projects. Coordinate internal and external audit requests.
Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement (liaison).Qualifications: Between one to three years of experience. Working knowledge of computers; proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Assertiveness: willing to take on learning activities and grasp developmental opportunities. Excellent analytical, math and organizational skills; ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
