- The AP Specialist will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and setup of new vendors
- Matching, coding, and vouchering invoices
- The AP Specialist will cut checks weekly
- Reconcile all checking, money market, and credit card accounts
- Interface directly with customers on overdue invoices and work to resolve any payment issues
- AP experience in a high volume environment
- Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent experience
- The AP Specialist must have basic Excel skills
Salary is $50,000-60,000
