Salary: $62,000 – $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the AP/Payroll Specialist:

• Process payroll and maintain payroll records, reports, and tax filings using an automated payroll system.

• Calculate overtime, leave balances, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments.

• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns and process payroll-related remittances.

• Monitor payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and recommend process updates as laws change.

• Support Human Resources with benefits enrollment, employee orientation, and benefits-related documentation.

• Perform accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment administration as needed.

Qualifications for the AP/Payroll Specialist:

• Experience processing payroll, payroll taxes, and related reporting requirements.

• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.

• Experience with payroll, accounting, or ERP systems.

• Background in accounts payable, account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
