AP/CP Pathologist Needed- 1 hour to Chicago

Job Overview

AP/CP Pathologist position with a balanced mix of anatomic and clinical pathology cases, including surgical pathology, cytopathology, and frozen sections.

Opportunities for specialization and collaboration with three experienced pathologists and a skilled support staff in a shared practice environment.

Start date: ASAP. Location: Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Perform anatomic and clinical pathology, including surgical pathology, cytopathology, and frozen sections.
• Handle a balanced caseload averaging 20-25 cases per day.
• Participate in tumor boards and collaborate across network specialties.
• Adhere to a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM) with light call expectations (1 week per month, minimal come‑in).
• Work with state‑of‑the‑art technology, including digital pathology implementation.
• Support sub‑specialization in breast pathology if desired.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $350,000–$365,000.
• Potential total compensation up to $450,000 (includes shared productivity model).
