AP/CP PathologistWe are seeking a Board-Certified AP/CP Pathologist to join our growing hospital-based practice in Laredo, TX. This position offers the autonomy of an independent hospital role with the strong backing of a collaborative, experienced pathology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician who values high-quality practice standards, professional support, and meaningful clinical impact.What You Will Do:Sign out a wide range of anatomic pathology casesProvide frozen section coverageOversee clinical laboratory operations and qualityCollaborate with a dedicated onsite Pathologists' Assistant (majority of grossing performed by PA)Access remote digital pathology support and expert consultationParticipate in tumor boards, hospital committees, and multidisciplinary meetingsMaintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and hospital standardsWhat We Are Looking For:Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)Subspecialty training preferred but not requiredEligibility for a Texas medical licenseEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to practice independently in a hospital settingCommitment to quality, compliance, and collaborative care
