Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the filtration industry, is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join the accounting team! This role offers ownership of both accounts payable and receivable, with long-term growth potential in corporate accounting.
Salary: $70K – $87K

Responsibilities: AP/AR Specialist

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, cash applications, payment processing, and collections.

• Oversee Accounts Payable: invoice entry, PO matching, variance resolution, and vendor payments.

• Support general ledger activities including reconciliations and journal entries.

• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.

• Assist with month-end processes, including credit card journal entries and reporting.

• Maintain and update third-party billing portals.

Qualifications: AP/AR Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or 3+ years of AP/AR experience.

• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
