Accounts Payable Analyst - HVAC Products
Carrier Enterprise has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst.

Position Summary
The AP Analyst position is responsible for functioning in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position reports directly to the Shared Business Services Supervisor and will perform the following responsibilities: (Pay range Hourly- 23-26 an hour)
Responsibilities/Duties
- Exception handling of AP invoices
- Analyze data-driven reporting to identify root cause of exceptions and recommend process improvements and enhancements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Basware AP automation tool
- Month-end AP accruals
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and Word;
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with regard to the information that is processed;
- Must be comfortable in a fast paced demanding environment
