I am looking to hire a full-time AP/Accounting Specialist for reputable manufacturing company here in Racine, WI (53404). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.
Pay: $60-$65k (based on experience) & Benefits & Profit Sharing

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F
Remote: Yes, 2-days remote once fully trained
Job Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of AP foundation + month-end experience
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure vendor records are accurate
- Reconcile AP subledger to general ledger
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
- Automation/process improvement experience
- Driven and ambition, someone who wants to grow
- Strong excel and ERP system skills
- Must Have- Associate Degree +
