Antitrust Attorney – Mid-Level Associate

Compensation: $310,000 - $390,000 annually
Our client, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced Antitrust Attorney – Mid-Level Associate to join our team in Washington.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in transactional Antitrust and/or Antitrust litigation.
- Managing the full lifecycle of a deal is a plus.
- Representing and advising clients on transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, and joint ventures.
- Counseling companies on corporate governance, takeover preparedness, and related corporate matters.
- Providing high-quality work and excellent client service.
- Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts.
- Responding to discovery requests.
- Familiarity with ethics rules and willingness to undertake various tasks with responsibility.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
- High academic achievement from an accredited law school and admission to the DC Bar.
