Ideal candidates will have:
- 3-6 years of solid antitrust experience either in a law firm or government environment
- Experience with a broad range of antitrust matters including handling antitrust merger review and merger-related investigations, analyzing and preparing HSR filings and/or private and government litigation
- Excellent academic credentials required
- Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus
