Attorneys in this group work closely with experienced trial lawyers, former government officials, and strategic advisors on cutting-edge competition law issues.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a broad range of antitrust and competition law mattersHandle civil antitrust litigation and government investigationsAssist with: Merger reviews and HSR filingsTransactional antitrust counselingMerger compliance mattersInternal and government investigationsDraft court filings, motions, memoranda, and agency submissionsParticipate in all phases of litigation, including: Taking and defending depositionsManaging discoveryConducting legal researchAssisting with trial preparationAdvise clients on business strategies and antitrust risk managementWork collaboratively with attorneys across litigation, regulatory, and transactional practicesQualificationsJ.D.
