The group represents clients in all phases of federal and state antitrust litigation, government investigations, merger review and clearance matters, and strategic counseling.
The practice also has a significant focus on sophisticated technology disputes, including matters involving platform competition, unfair competition, and emerging technologies.Responsibilities:Represent clients in federal and state antitrust litigation and related commercial disputesAssist with government and regulatory investigations involving competition-related issuesSupport merger review and HSR clearance mattersDraft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery-related documentsConduct legal research and factual analysis related to antitrust and technology mattersParticipate in depositions, witness preparation, hearings, and case strategy developmentWork closely with clients on complex and high-stakes litigation matters involving technology and competition issuesQualifications:3+ years of litigation experiencePrior antitrust experience requiredExperience with HSR matters is a plusStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent academic credentialsAbility to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentExperience handling sophisticated litigation matters and working collaboratively within a teamThis is an excellent opportunity to join a premier practice handling cutting-edge antitrust and technology disputes on a national platform.
