Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector Test Engineering organization is seeking Antenna Test Engineer to be an instrumental part of Northrop Grumman's Test Engineering Team. This is a weekend shift position.What You'll Get to Do:Integrate new equipment and programs in a state-of-the-art facilityTest software and test equipment design related to phased array testingSoftware development for automating test processes and data analysisTroubleshoot RF issues during test of advanced antenna systemsSupport technicians with troubleshooting and trainingAnalyze test data and identify early trendsSupport program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actionsCollaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvementsMaintain sensitivity to cost, schedule and quality as well as Northrop Grumman policies and proceduresBasic Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline plus 2+ of relevant experience; or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline.Experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.Professional software development experience using languages such as C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB, Mate, etc.Current Active Secret Clearance.U.S.

CitizenshipAbility to work weekend shift.Preferred Qualifications:Software development experience with RF and antenna systemsTest development experience in a nearfield and/ or compact antenna rangeRF test experience and/or antenna test/range experienceFamiliarity with RF and antenna theoryPrimary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
