Anodizing Department JobThe Anodizing department is responsible for processing aluminum extrusions through chemical baths and finishing lines to achieve required coatings, colors, and corrosion resistance.Key ResponsibilitiesFasten and secure aluminum parts onto racks (bars) for anodizingMonitor anodizing tanks, chemical levels, temperatures, and process timesPerform quality checks on coating thickness, color consistency, and finishSafely handle chemicals in accordance with OSHA and company standardsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of tanks and equipmentIdentify and report defects or process issuesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredExperience in anodizing, plating, or industrial finishing preferredAbility to follow detailed process instructions and safety protocolsBasic math and measurement skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in hot, humid, and chemical-processing environmentsLift up to 50 lbsWear PPE including hard hats, gloves, and face shields
