Anodizing ManagerLocation: Valdese, NCPay: $30-40/hour - There is flexibility for the right person.Position Overview: The Anodizing Manager will oversee the anodizing operations, ensuring that processes meet industry standards and customer specifications.
The role involves managing a team, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining compliance with NADCAP requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the anodizing department to ensure efficient operations.Develop and implement processes that comply with NADCAP and industry standards.Oversee the management of bath chemistry and ensure proper maintenance of anodizing solutions.Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure product specifications are met.Lead and train the anodizing team on best practices and safety procedures.Monitor production metrics and implement improvements as necessary.Maintain documentation and records related to anodizing processes and compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 2 years experience in anodizing or related processes.Strong knowledge of NADCAP requirements and anodizing processes.Experience in black oxide and coatings is essential.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Nice to have: Experience with finishing processes and bath chemistry.Benefits:Health insurance, Holiday pay, Earned Time Off, after 60 days of employment401K, PTO, after a year of employmentFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
